Job summary

Intereach in the Riverina region is seeking an experienced operational executive to lead our Disability, Education and Care, and Family and Mental Health portfolios for twelve months while the General Manager is on parental leave. You will report to the Co-CEO and drive performance, safety and financial outcomes for a large portfolio.

The role requires change leadership across regulated services, an ability to build partnerships with funders and regulators, and a deep commitment to child safety

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in health or human services.
• Proven track record leading through significant change or reform.
• Experience establishing a new service or site in a regulated setting.
• Strong financial accountability and performance management.
• Commitment to child safety and participant rights.
• Ability to secure new funding opportunities and partnerships.
• Credibility with funders, regulators and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Disability, Education and Care, and Family and Mental Health portfolios.
• Ensure performance, quality, safety, financial results and people outcomes.
• Sit on the Executive Leadership Team and participate in organisation-wide decisions.
• Guide through sector reforms and growth strategy implementation.
• Oversee opening and operation of new long day care centre.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders and regulators.
