You will recruit and mentor teams, manage budgets and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement to secure market expansion and high performance.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in services/facilities management or similar.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience in business development, key account management, and client relationships.
