Job summary

The General Manager, Care Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across Cultura's care services portfolio, reporting to the CEO to ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, financial sustainability, and workforce performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of care service operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial and strategic management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment to person-centred care, diversity, inclusion and cultural safety.
• AHPRA registration essential (nursing or allied health).
• Executive or senior management experience in aged or community care.

Responsibilities

• Strategic direction and operational oversight for Care Services including Residential Aged Care, Support at Home, and CHSP.
• Develop and implement service delivery strategies to improve quality and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Foster high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for sustainable growth.
• Build relationships with clients, families, government bodies, and partners.
• Contribute as a member of Cultura's Executive Leadership Team.
