Australian Unity is seeking a General Manager, Racecourse Grange in Mornington, Victoria for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Lead a 127‑room residential aged care community, overseeing operations, governance, and resident outcomes while building capability across the leadership team.

You will report to the General Manager Residential Aged Care Operations and drive performance, regulatory compliance and sustainable occupancy with a focus on high‑quality care and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Experience leading Residential Aged Care operations.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, resident outcomes and staff performance.
• Strong knowledge of Australian aged care regulatory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall operational performance of Racecourse Grange Residential Aged Care.
• Drive exceptional resident, family and customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory obligations.
• Lead workforce capability, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Develop and coach high‑performing leaders and teams.
• Deliver sustainable occupancy, financial and quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management and governance activities.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, employees and community stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of accountability, wellbeing, safety and person‑centred care.
