Job summary

Beaumont People is supporting Community Options Australia (COA) in recruiting an Executive Lead – Finance and Performance to oversee financial management, reporting and enterprise risk. The role focuses on building insight, governance and commercial discipline to drive sustainable growth and enhanced performance across the organisation.

Reporting to the CEO and leading a small senior team, you will strengthen financial and performance reporting, improve demand and workforce visibility, and

Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership experience across strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with government-funded contracts and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or commerce; CPA/CA membership required.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen financial and performance reporting across COA.
• Develop visibility of demand, utilisation and workforce capacity.
• Turn data into practical insights for the CEO, Board and ELT.
