Job summary

Community Options Australia seeks an experienced Executive Lead, Enablement & Quality to join its leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, the role unites ICT, systems and data, contract management, quality and compliance, and corporate services.

You will build the organisational backbone to support COA’s next phase, strengthening governance, oversight of suppliers and scalable, well-governed processes. This role is largely remote with travel to Sydney as required, and candidates may be based

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across technology, contract management and governance.
• Experience in government-funded service delivery is desirable.
• Background in CRM systems, data governance, privacy and cyber security, plus quality/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT, systems and data functions and drive transformation.
• Embed frameworks for quality, assurance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee third-party providers and contract management.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to build scalable infrastructure.
