Heart of Australia seeks a pragmatic HR Manager to lead people and culture, combining workforce strategy with end-to-end HR delivery. Based full-time at our Toowong Office, you will partner with the COO and operations teams, managing the employee lifecycle across corporate staff and mobile clinics.

You will drive strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, rostering governance, fatigue risk, workplace compliance, and executive analytics.

Formación

• 5+ years of HR experience in roles such as HRBP, Generalist, or standalone HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Modern Awards, and WHS.
• Experience managing fatigue risk and multi-site/remote rostering.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership using HR metrics.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition across clinical, technical, logistics, and corporate roles.
• Oversee rostering governance and fatigue risk for mobile units and rostering integrity.
• Ensure workplace compliance with Modern Awards, Fair Work, NES; manage performance, grievances, and policy implementation.
• Deliver executive people analytics and reporting to the COO.
• Manage WHS governance, injury management, return-to-work, and workers' compensation.
• Lead performance reviews and capability development with line managers.
