Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial, relevant experience within Human Resources or a related field.
• High calibre advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
• Passion for building culture, learning and customer obsession.
• Strong commercial acumen and business knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and navigate change, ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Thorough understanding of current best practice people, culture and engagement methodologies.
• Growth mindset and curiosity.
• 10+ years in Human Resources, with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications are desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute the HR plan.
• Provide high calibre advice and coaching to leaders, using data and insights to drive improvement and inform strategic decisions.
• Focus areas include talent management & succession planning, driving high performing teams, strategic workforce planning, organisational design and change, leadership coaching, organisational effectiveness, and championing diversity, equity and a positive employee experience.
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams to design and implement people strategies, plans and processes.
• Drive measurable people, customer and business outcomes.
• Increase employee and business performance.
• Engage and develop a diverse workforce.
