Qualifications

• Proven P&L ownership and accountability for revenue, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
• Track record of delivering business growth, margin improvement and operational performance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary operational and technical teams.
• Strong commercial capability and ability to interpret financial and operational performance.
• Demonstrated success managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, margins, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and execute the Victorian growth strategy.
• Drive new revenue across maintenance, minor works and project opportunities.
• Improve customer retention, contract renewals and penetration across existing accounts.
• Lead operational delivery across client contracts and projects.
• Build senior relationships with key customers and act as a trusted adviser on compliance, risk and asset performance.
• Drive productivity, workforce utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop operational, technical and administrative teams.
• Maintain a strong safety culture across employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Use data, systems and performance insights to improve decision-making.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
