Carpentaria is seeking a Director of Client Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for its disability service portfolio, including 24/7 SIL and regional operations. The role focuses on portfolio performance, participant outcomes, safeguarding, risk management and executive oversight of service continuity across our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant human services discipline.
• Substantial senior leadership experience in disability services with safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience managing multi-site disability portfolios including 24/7 services.
• Proven capability in budgeting, occupancy and cost management.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding frameworks.
• Ability to lead and coach multiple management layers across dispersed teams.
• Strong financial interpretation and decision-making under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Hold strategic and operational accountability for the disability portfolio across multiple sites.
• Translate strategy into person-centred, rights-based services across the portfolio.
• Ensure service continuity and stability, including after-hours escalation for 24/7 services.
• Drive financial performance, oversee budgets and workforce costs.
• Maintain safeguarding integrity and oversee safety, incidents and complaints.
• Lead risk management to protect participant safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop the service management team and align team activities with priorities.
