Job summary

Carpentaria invites applications for the Director of Client Services, a senior leadership role based in the Northern Territory. You will translate organisational strategy into disciplined, high-quality service delivery across 24/7 disability supports including SIL and Pathways, ensuring participant safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the service management team across regional operations, manage budgets, occupancy and workforce costs, and provide executive oversight of risk,

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in disability services.
• Knowledge of contemporary disability practice and safeguarding.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios including 24/7 services.
• Experience managing large operational budgets and occupancy.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding frameworks.
• Ability to lead and coach dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Hold strategic and operational accountability for the NT disability portfolio.
• Translate strategy into person-centred, rights-based services.
• Ensure service continuity and after-hours escalation.
• Drive financial performance and budget oversight.
• Lead service management team and ensure cohesive delivery.
