Job summary

Minderoo Foundation seeks an experienced Executive Director, Operations to join its Executive Leadership Team and lead the critical enabling functions that enable impact at scale. Reporting to the CEO, this senior role oversees finance, investments, legal, risk and compliance, people, facilities and technology, embedding governance and financial control to sustain Minderoo's ambitious 2030 agenda.

• Experience leading complex enabling functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience modernising systems and adopting new technology.
