Job summary

Minderoo Foundation is seeking a Principal, Creative Communities for a 12-month fixed-term role within the Vibrant & Connected Communities team. You will lead initiatives that strengthen community wellbeing, foster social connection and build community agency through arts, culture and creativity.

Collaborating across sectors, you will design and deliver partnerships, investments and advocacy with measurable social impact, reporting outcomes with the Measurement & Learning team and travelling

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering arts, cultural or social impact programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse sectors.
• Excellent strategic thinking, project management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to strengthen community wellbeing and social connection through arts, culture and creativity.
• Design, manage and deliver partnerships, investments and advocacy initiatives.
• Build influential relationships across community, government, philanthropy, academia and not-for-profit sectors.
• Lead impact measurement, evaluation and reporting with the Measurement & Learning team.
