Job summary

ReachOut Australia invites a visionary executive to lead its digital mental health service ecosystem. Reporting to the CEO, the Director will guide a multidisciplinary team across clinical governance, digital content and youth involvement, shaping safe, scalable services.

The role focuses on leveraging digital channels and responsible AI to extend ReachOut’s reach and impact, while maintaining safety, quality and meaningful outcomes for young people and families.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience building multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience translating evidence and lived experience into scalable services.
• Experience in digital service innovation and AI ethics.
• Ability to influence Boards and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape ReachOut's future service vision and embed innovative digital service models.
• Lead safe, high-quality service delivery with strong governance and youth participation.
• Drive digital innovation and responsible AI in collaboration with Product and Technology.
• Lead people through evolution in a diverse, clinically oriented workforce.
• Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams and develop strategic partnerships across government, research, technology and mental health.
