Job summary

Green Point Christian College is seeking an experienced Christian educator to join the College Executive and lead our whole-school approach to formation from Kindergarten to Year 12. Reporting to the Principal, the Director will set framework, standards, and quality review for formation across the College.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across K-12 formation and whole-school programming.
• NESA Proficient Teacher accreditation currently held.
• Theological training or ministry qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the College’s formation from kindergarten to year 12 to ensure coherence and continuity.
• Translate the College’s Formation Framework into everyday student experiences.
• Oversee pastoral care programs, Life and chapel, ministry curriculum, service and mission, and student leadership.
• Set framework, standards, program design and quality review for formation across the College.
• Collaborate with Heads of School and senior leaders to embed the Graduate Profile.
