The role leads workforce strategy, organisational design, policy development, and change management while promoting child safety and staff engagement in a faith-based educational setting.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR preferred; extensive experience in people and culture leadership.
• Experience in workforce strategy development, organisational design, policy development, and change management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and delivering results with a commitment to child safety.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic workforce initiatives aligned with the College’s mission and values.
• Lead organisational design and change management efforts to enhance effectiveness and adaptability.
• Oversee policy development, compliance, and talent management processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through effective people and culture strategies.
• Proactively develop good work design to ensure employee engagement and wellbeing.
