Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in local government, infrastructure, utilities or closely related environment.
Experience leading complex infrastructure portfolios and capital investment programs.
Strategic understanding of asset sustainability, governance, funding opportunities and stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead the Director of Engineering Services portfolio across roads, water, waste, parks and plant operations.
Provide strategic leadership to ensure infrastructure is well planned and maintained to support community outcomes.
Balance long-term planning with practical delivery and manage capital works projects.
