Job summary

Boxing Australia Limited is seeking an exceptional high-performance leader to direct its national High Performance program towards qualification and success at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, while building the foundations for sustained success at Brisbane 2032.

As Executive Director - Performance and Operations, this executive role combines organisational leadership with high-performance expertise to lead strategy, people and programs underpinning international success.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in high-performance, elite or professional sport, including leadership of a multidisciplinary system or program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and overall management of Boxing Australia.
• Drive delivery of the Strategic Plan 2026-2028.
• Direct the national High Performance and Performance Pathway system, including LA 2028 qualification, coaching leadership, training environment, and sports science services.
• Lead governance, financial sustainability and commercial growth.
• Build relationships across government, sport system and key stakeholders.
