Diving Australia, the national sporting organisation for springboard and platform diving, seeks a high-impact General Manager - Participation & Sport Development to shape participation strategies across Australia.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead national programs, build partnerships with State Sporting Organisations, clubs and schools, and drive inclusion and sustainable pathways that encourage lifelong involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading national participation and sport development programs.
• Strong knowledge of federated sporting environments in Australia.
• Proven ability to secure funding and manage partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
• Strategic planning and execution capability.
