Job summary

National Australia Bank is seeking an Associate Director in its Global Institutional Banking team to drive complex Data Centre and Digital Infrastructure transactions across Australia and New Zealand. You will contribute to key business priorities and work closely with the Global Institutional Banking group to serve customers and advance financing strategies.

Qualifications

• Solid Project Finance experience, ideally developed within a Tier 1 domestic or international bank.
• Exposure to Data Centres or Digital Infrastructure is highly regarded.
• Strong capability across credit structuring, risk assessment and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, structuring and execution of transactions across Data Centres and Digital Infrastructure.
• Work across a broad transaction mix including acquisition finance and other structured finance opportunities.
• Engage with customers, syndicate banks, advisers and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Corporate & Institutional Banking to deliver broader solutions for clients.
