As part of the Executive Leadership Group, you will provide strategic advice to the Director General, oversee corporate services, and champion policies on diversity, risk, and staff wellbeing while fostering cross‑agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs Corporate Services to deliver outcomes in the Strategic Plan and reform initiatives.
• As Executive Leadership Group member, guides strategic development and monitors objectives.
• Provides trusted advice to the Director General and Corporate Executive on policy matters.
• Oversees Corporate Services with accountability to deliver customer-centred LGIRS strategies.
• Contributes to policies and procedures, advancing Equal Employment Opportunity and diversity.
• Promotes integrated systems to achieve corporate objectives, including risk management.
• Leads staff development to maximise wellbeing and career growth.
• Fosters innovation and cross-government collaboration, exploring agency synergies.
