Job summary

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage WA is seeking an Executive Manager to support the Chief Planning Advisor and Departmental Corporate Executive in the planning, management, development and review of the Planning division and its outputs.

This fixed-term, full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a large multidisciplinary team and contribute to government policy and planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, managing and influencing within a large multidisciplinary team in a governance focused environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence others and build and maintain productive working relationships to assist in developing and promoting an overall vision reflecting the Department and Government values.
• Strong understanding of business, financial and human resource management.
• Demonstrate the behaviours within the Leading Others leadership context.

Responsibilities
