Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking an Executive Director for Vinnies Services to lead the directorate across NSW, driving strategic initiatives, governance and service excellence. with over 500 employees across five divisions and services spanning homelessness, housing, ageing and disability, the role focuses on delivering tangible outcomes and strengthening partnerships.

You will report to the CEO and be part of the Executive Leadership Team, guiding strategy, sustainability and clinical

Qualifications

Proven executive or senior leadership experience within a complex social services or similarly diverse organisation.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and complex service portfolios.
Experience contributing to organisational strategy and providing high-level advice to CEOs, Boards and executive leadership teams.
Strong commercial acumen with financial management and analytical skills.
Experience in governance and compliance culture.

Responsibilities

Lead the Vinnies Services directorate across NSW, shaping the future of community services.
Drive service innovation, governance, business development and clinical excellence.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio, including homelessness, housing, ageing and disability.
Influence strategic direction and deliver measurable outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage.
