Job summary

Latitude is seeking a senior leader to serve as GM of Information Security (CISO), accountable for the cybersecurity strategy, governance and resilience across the organisation. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, lead executive discussions and ensure controls are tested and effective, enabling secure innovation while protecting customers and services.

You will drive architecture principles, risk-based remediation and incident leadership, partnering with the Executive Leadership Team and Board

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience overseeing enterprise security in a complex tech environment.
• Ability to explain technical risk and investment priorities to executives and the Board.
• Deep technical judgement across security architecture, engineering, ops, identity, cloud and data protection.
• Proven track record directing material cyber incidents, with containment, recovery and executive communication.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and security frameworks (APRA CPS 234/230, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).

Responsibilities

• Set security strategy and provide executive advice to the CEO/Board.
• Lead architecture principles, engineering standards and control requirements across cloud, identity, apps and data.
• Direct cyber defence, incident detection, response and recovery capabilities.
• Drive risk-based remediation and assurance with measurable reductions in exploitable paths.
