GHD is seeking a Manager of Cyber Defence Strategy and Operations to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and day-to-day resilience. You will represent cyber risk to the CTO, IS Leadership Team and Board Risk Committee, and build a specialist team to elevate security posture across Azure, identity, and endpoints.

You will drive Zero Trust, AI security posture, and regulatory readiness (CMMC/FedRAMP) while coordinating incident response and vulnerability management.

Competenze

• 12+ years in cyber security, including leading specialist sub-functions within a large/global org.
• Deep expertise across security strategy, operations, threat intel, vulnerability mgmt, and architecture.
• Strong Zero Trust and Microsoft security stack expertise.

Mansioni

• Develop and own multi-year cybersecurity strategy and target-state security architecture.
• Represent cyber risk posture to CTO, IS Leadership Team and Board Risk Committee.
• Build specialist sub-teams (security architecture, vulnerability management, cyber GRC).
• Own enterprise vulnerability-management program and drive remediation cadence.
• Command incident response for significant events with cross-functional coordination.
• Define and govern Zero Trust across Azure, identity and endpoint estate.
• Own AI security posture including agentic systems and shadow AI.
• Govern CMMC Level 2 and FedRAMP readiness as a commercial enabler.
