Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, mentorship and hands-on training to foster a high-performing team.
• Set and uphold exceptional food standards through efficient systems and processes.
• Assist in managing department budgets, food costs, utilising IT systems to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Manage performance and labour costs for permanent and casual kitchen staff.
• Champion on-site food safety and HACCP accreditation.
