You will manage a diverse culinary team, develop innovative menus, control costs, uphold HACCP standards and work across a seven‑day roster in a dynamic venue known for sport, entertainment and corporate

• Experience managing large-scale kitchen operations for functions and events.
• Proven leadership of diverse culinary teams.
• Expertise in menu development, stock management, and cost control.
• Strong commercial mindset with delivery of business outcomes.
• Cooking qualifications and formal training.
• Proficiency with stock systems, spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and leadership at all levels.
• Willingness to work a seven-day roster.
