Delaware North Australia & New Zealand at the Melbourne Cricket Ground is seeking a Chef de Cuisine - Retail to lead a high-volume retail kitchen, blend retail culinary craft with large-scale production, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will mentor a diverse team, develop on-trend menus, manage stock and costs, uphold HACCP standards, and optimise systems for efficiency and profitability on game days and events.

As Chef de Cuisine, you will lead our bustling kitchen operations, combining your retail culinary expertise and large-scale production experience to meet the demands of this diverse and vibrant environment.
