Hospoworld Resourcing is helping a WA coastal resort recruit an Executive Chef to build and lead a high-performing kitchen team. This hands-on role requires creativity, strong financial acumen and a passion for delivering top-quality food and service in a premium resort setting.

You will drive standards, mentor staff, and work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership to maximise profitability while delivering a memorable guest experience in a stunning WA location.

The Role:

As the Executive Chef you will be establishing and developing a strong, passionate team to deliver the best in food quality and customer service. A hands on, creative leader you will be the driver of high standards and compliance and as such a strong passion for relationship building is a must!

The Resort:

This locally owned resort is well known for their great food and beverage offerings in a gorgeous and relaxing resort environment. Catering to functions and events as well as the traditional a la carte menus utilising local produce, this role offers many areas in which to assert your influence and drive profitability. Working alongside the Food and Beverage Manager, this role provides scope for creativity and business savvy whilst enjoying the stunning surroundings of WA's most spectacular coastal destinations.

• Salary of up to $130k + super + accommodation
