Job summary

Prince of Wales Private Hospital, part of Healthscope, is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager (Executive Chef) to lead our kitchen team and manage day-to-day operations of the Food Services Department. Reporting to the General Manager, the role focuses on delivering restaurant/hotel quality meals to patients and maintaining high safety and service standards.

You will work Monday to Friday during lunch and dinner service, mentor a diverse team, manage stock control, and drive patient

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef within a complex, dynamic hospitality environment.
• Relevant culinary qualifications.
• Ability to coach and mentor a diverse team.
• Experience managing stock, food and labour costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and manage day-to-day Food Services operations.
• Deliver high-end restaurant/hotel quality meals to patients.
• Focus on kitchen management, efficiency, and food safety.
