Job summary

You will manage stock, receive deliveries, and uphold stringent allergen management and food-safety standards in a fast-paced central kitchen.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (required).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospital central kitchen or hotel central kitchen.
• Proficiency in catering to diverse dietary requirements.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.

• Handle stock ordering and receive deliveries.
