Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is assisting a leading property investment and funds management business in Sydney to recruit a Team Assistant to support two Heads of business and their teams.

The role is internal and external facing, requiring strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to partner with Executive Committee, Investment Management, Registry, Marketing, IT, Risk and Compliance. Experience in asset management or property funds is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a Team Assistant, PA or Junior EA role from another leading financial services firm (ideally similar property fund).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently.
• Pro-active and able to use initiative and think laterally.
• Fast-paced environment requiring resilience, multi-tasking, time management and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Diary, calendar and email management for the Head of Listed Investor Relations and Head of Treasury.
• Organising internal/external meetings, especially with investors and debt providers.
• Assist with Board coordination with the Company-Secretary.
