NSW Ambulance is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Associate Director Clinical Operations (Control) for the Southern Control Centre in Barrack Heights. The role is permanent part-time (14 hours per week) with a salary range of $81,454.40 – $83,475.80 per year.

About the opportunity

This role provides high level administrative, clerical, secretarial and systems support to the Associate Director Clinical Operations (Control) and within the Control Centre, generally.

About you

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Excellent word processing, spreadsheet and database skills and systems support experience.
  • Ability to organise, track and manage correspondence, documents, records and data-files.
  • High level oral and written communication skills and dealing with staff, corporate stakeholders and the general community.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Ability to research, collect and analyse databases and information.
  • Proven ability and flexibility to work independently and as a team member.
  • General office management skills, including petty cash, record keeping, stores and stationery, and coordinating committee/meeting processes
