Job summary

Executive Assistant - Financial Management, People & Engagement, Technology

In this dynamic role you will provide high-quality support to a team of busy executives, and their teams, partnering with them to ensure their day runs smoothly and efficiently.

What role will you play?

In this role you will utilise your strong time management skills to manage busy diaries and conflicting deadlines whilst ensuring meeting packs and presentations are assembled. Beyond executive support, you will play a key role in workforce and business operations, coordinating contractor onboarding and offboarding, managing resource contracts, processing invoices and expenses, and supporting travel and logistics for the team. You will work closely with the Business Management team, you will help deliver seamless operational support, identify opportunities to improve processes, solve administrative challenges and act as a central point of contact for your stakeholder groups

While flexibility is available in some areas of Macquarie, this role requires regular in-office collaboration, with an expectation of attending the office 4-5 days per week.
