The Northern Territory Government is recruiting Executive Assistants and Administration Coordinators through the Standardised Roles and Recruitment (SR&R) Program.

Through one coordinated campaign, candidates assessed as suitable may be considered for current and future AO4 opportunities across participating NT Government agencies.

Executive Assistants and Administration Coordinators support leaders and teams by coordinating priorities, managing information, building relationships and ensuring important work progresses.

Opportunities may be available across a range of NT Government agencies and work areas. Strong organisation, sound judgement, professionalism and communication are central to both roles.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for organised, adaptable and motivated people who enjoy supporting others and delivering high-quality work.

You may already be working as an Executive Assistant, Administration Coordinator or in another role where you have developed strong administrative, organisational and relationship-management skills.

We are interested in people who demonstrate:
