The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) in Hobart seeks an Executive Assistant to be the first point of contact in the senior executive’s office. You will build rapport quickly and deliver a great client experience in a dynamic environment.
These roles are primarily office-based to support executive operations, with flexible arrangements possible. You will be co‑located with your senior executive and manage calendars, meetings and travel, while handling sensitive information with discretion.
