Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Data and AI Practice - Community & Engagement Lead in Sydney to shape and grow the practitioner ecosystem across Data, Analytics and AI disciplines. You will drive engagement strategies, build a connected community and lead initiatives that enhance participation and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Lead the community operating model, design surveys, and create communications that showcase impact while collaborating with capability, workforce and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading professional communities, practitioner networks or engagement initiatives.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide engagement strategies and programs.
• Strong storytelling skills to translate complex concepts into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the Data & AI community and engagement strategy.
• Build and strengthen a connected practitioner community across Data, Analytics, AI and Data Delivery disciplines.
• Develop and evolve the community operating model, including communities of practice, town halls, showcases, forums and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create and deliver communications that engage practitioners, promote learning opportunities and showcase the impact of Data & AI across Westpac.
• Establish and coordinate practitioner engagement programs, recognition initiatives and community activities.
• Design surveys, feedback mechanisms and engagement approaches to understand practitioner needs and continuously improve the practitioner experience.
• Measure community health, participation and engagement, using insights to shape future initiatives and priorities.
• Partner with capability, adoption, workforce and leadership stakeholders to support practitioner growth and capability uplift.
