FindMeA Pty Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with HR Licence to join our Rocklea team. The role centers on driving and excavator operation, plus general yard duties for a leading precast pool manufacturer.

Expect a consistent 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work, and duties delivering materials around SEQ. This full-time, permanent role offers stability and OT baked into the salary, with a supportive, family‑style team culture.

• Current HR Licence (essential).
• Excavator Ticket and experience (3.5T or 5T).
• Construction White Card.
• Reliable, self-motivated and willing to help across tasks.

Responsabilités

• Drive and deliver precast plunge pools and materials across SEQ.
• Operate small excavators (3.5T-5T) to move soil or assist with site prep.
• Assist with yard duties including loading, equipment checks and maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of safety, reliability and teamwork.

Our client, a well-established and fully licensed precast pool manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with HR Licence to join their Rocklea-based team.
