• Minimum 3 years' experience operating excavators.

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Experience operating and maintaining pumps and related equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify maintenance issues

Responsibilities

• Operate a 14-tonne excavator, forklift, pumps and other plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Process waste through the Mud Treatment Plant in accordance with operational requirements
• Manage stockpiles and assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Monitor plant performance and report operational issues
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Assist with minor repairs and general equipment upkeep
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Work closely with plant operators, administration staff and management to support site operations
• Provide professional customer service to clients and visitors attending the facility
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the treatment plant
