Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a skilled excavator operator to join our surface mining team in Western Australia. You’ll operate Hitachi EX1900 EX2600 and Caterpillar 6060 excavators to meet production targets at our Telfer surface operation.

Join a crew that prioritises safety, teamwork and continuous improvement in a dynamic mining environment. You will perform pre-start checks, follow plans and traffic rules, maintain a clean work area and support a culture that values people and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large excavators in a mining environment.

About the Role

You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating Hitachi EX1900 EX2600 & Caterpillar 6060 excavators and other mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Telfer.
