Job summary

Workpac Group is seeking an Excavator Operator for a coal mine located 20km from Rolleston, Queensland. You will operate PC1250 excavators to construct infrastructure for a mine expansion, including dams, diversions, and haul roads.

The role requires experience with PC1250 excavators and a SSE signed skills list, along with a Standard 11 certification or willingness to obtain it, a Coal Board Medical, and a valid drivers licence with right to work in Australia. 7/7 day shifts (12 hours) apply.

Qualifications

• Experience operating PC1250 excavators, providing an SSE signed skills list.
• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to obtain this.
• Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as a Excavator Operator on a coal mine responsible for the construction of infrastructure associated with a mine expansion, including dams, diversions, and haul roads.

In this role you will be working a 7/7 day shift only roster (12 hour shifts) operating PC1250 excavators. These roles are available to BIBO (Yeppoon, Rockhampton & Bundaberg), DIDO and residential candidates.

What You Will Need

Experience operating PC1250 excavators, providing an SSE signed skills list.

You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to obtain this.

Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia.
