Job summary

Adecco Australia is recruiting for an Examination Administrator to support the Australian Defence Force recruitment process, coordinating online and in-person assessment sessions. You will prepare exams, supervise candidates, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.

You will interpret results for stakeholders, maintain records, and provide high levels of service to guide candidates smoothly through each stage, while upholding strong client relations and Defence requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication with candidates, stakeholders and psychologists.
• Ability to manage data entry tasks with high accuracy and consistency.
• Follow strict policies and processes to meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DFR examination sessions online and in person.
• Prepare tests and supervise candidates through the examination process.
• Review results to ensure alignment with ADF requirements.
• Maintain psychology administrative records and test materials.
• Work across multiple platforms and manage requests efficiently.
• Prioritise workload to meet targets and deliver excellent candidate care.
• Engage with Defence and the DFR Adecco contract to sustain a strong working relationship.
