PLC Sydney is seeking a part-time assessments administrator to oversee the secure administration of exams for external bodies (NESA, Cambridge, ACARA). You will liaise with regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and support timetabling, venue logistics, and scheduling while protecting student data.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, and working closely with the Curriculum team, this role is responsible for the efficient, effective and secure administration of all assessments and examinations for external curriculum bodies. This includes NESA for HSC & RoSA, Cambridge Assessment International Education for IGCSE, AS and A2 Levels and ACARA for NAPLAN.
The role will liaise with all regulatory bodies, strictly adhering to their respective rules, regulations and security protocols. It requires high precision, adaptability, and spreadsheet expertise to drive the seamless planning and execution of internal and external assessments.
