About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, and working closely withthe Curriculum team, this role is responsible for the efficient,effective and secure administration of all assessments andexaminations for external curriculum bodies. This includes NESA forHSC & RoSA, Cambridge Assessment International Education for IGCSE,AS and A2 Levels and ACARA for NAPLAN.

The role will liaise with all regulatory bodies, strictlyadhering to their respective rules, regulations and securityprotocols. It requires high precision, adaptability, andspreadsheet expertise to drive the seamless planning and executionof internal and external assessments.

Key Responsibilities and Capabilities:
  • Advanced Excel: Build, maintain, and optimisecomplex Excel models for scheduling, timetabling, and operationalplanning.
  • Meticulous Precision: Apply precise detail tocompliance monitoring, assessment records, and confidential studentdata
  • Exceptional Organisation: Coordinatemulti-jurisdictional examination cycles, manage venue logistics,and hit critical deadlines.
  • Agile Problem-Solving: Sharp critical thinkingto resolve live operational and scheduling challenges underpressure.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills topartner with staff, invigilators, and external examinationbodies.
Selection Criteria:
  • Expert Level Proficiency: Proven,expert-level Excel skills to design, maintain, and manipulatecomplex scheduling and operational spreadsheets.
  • Organisational Excellence: Exceptional abilityto manage competing deadlines and coordinate multi-jurisdictionalassessment cycles seamlessly.
