About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, and working closely with the Curriculum team, this role is responsible for the efficient, effective and secure administration of all assessments and examinations for external curriculum bodies. This includes NESA for HSC & RoSA, Cambridge Assessment International Education for IGCSE, AS and A2 Levels and ACARA for NAPLAN.

The role will liaise with all regulatory bodies, strictly adhering to their respective rules, regulations and security protocols. It requires high precision, adaptability, and spreadsheet expertise to drive the seamless planning and execution of internal and external assessments.

Key Responsibilities and Capabilities:
  • Advanced Excel: Build, maintain, and optimise complex Excel models for scheduling, timetabling, and operational planning.
  • Meticulous Precision: Apply precise detail to compliance monitoring, assessment records, and confidential student data
  • Exceptional Organisation: Coordinate multi-jurisdictional examination cycles, manage venue logistics, and hit critical deadlines.
  • Agile Problem-Solving: Sharp critical thinking to resolve live operational and scheduling challenges under pressure.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills to partner with staff, invigilators, and external examination bodies.

  • Expert Level Proficiency: Proven, expert-level Excel skills to design, maintain, and manipulate complex scheduling and operational spreadsheets.
  • Organisational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate multi-jurisdictional assessment cycles seamlessly.
  • Precision & Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail across assessment compliance, venue logistics, and confidential student data.

You will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.
