Job summary

Westpac Group seeks an Events and Project Manager to drive partnerships and initiatives for the Business Lending Start Up and Scale Up Program in Sydney. You will coordinate content for the Backing Business Magazine and lead publication timelines, while engaging internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and apply continuous improvement to processes and outcomes in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects from planning to delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Strong organisational skills handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing content.
• Excellent planning, collaboration and communication across teams.
• Experience in Events, Marketing, Media and/or Communications with copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnerships and initiatives to support the Business Lending Start Up and Scale Up Program.
• Lead delivery of the Backing Business Magazine, coordinating content and publication timelines.
• Coordinate stakeholder contributions and showcase customer success stories and program achievements.
