Zusammenfassung

Westpac is seeking an Events and Project Manager within the Customer Experience and Channel Team of Business Lending. You will manage partnerships and key initiatives that support the Start Up and Scale Up Program, including enabling female founders through networks, resources and opportunities.

You will also lead the Backing Business Magazine delivery with content coordination and publication timelines. The role requires strong relationship building, project management, and content creation

Qualifikationen

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects from planning through to delivery, with timelines and budgets.
• Well-developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, to create marketing and visual content.
• Strong planning, collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Experience in Events, Marketing, Media and/or Communications with copywriting and content creation skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes.
