Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the APS.
• Qualification in Events Management, Project Management and/or Communications & Marketing.
• Ability to work in time sensitive environments and build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and stakeholder engagements from planning to post-event evaluation.
• Identify and secure venues, manage travel logistics, and ensure hospitality, security, and on-site services.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and contingency strategies to mitigate risks and ensure outcomes.
• Engage and manage external vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and provide regular progress reports highlighting milestones and risks.
