Everi Pty, based in Brisbane, is seeking an Account Manager - Events to lead client relationships, manage a portfolio of event clients, and drive sales and planning for AV production projects. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing event clients.
• Build strong relationships with venues, event agencies, corporate clients and industry partners.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Respond to new event enquiries and assist clients in developing their requirements.
• Understand client objectives, audiences, budgets and production expectations.
• Recommend appropriate audio, lighting, video, staging and technical production solutions.
• Prepare accurate and commercially appropriate event quotations.
• Quote across AV equipment, labour, transport and production services.
• Follow up quotations and progress opportunities through to confirmation.
• Identify opportunities to increase the scope of services provided to existing clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during and following events.
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the event lifecycle.
• Conduct venue inspections and site visits where required.
• Prepare event floor plans, equipment layouts and basic production drawings.
• Identify potential production, access, scheduling and venue issues early.
• Ensure all event requirements are clearly communicated to internal production and operations teams.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals and direct client engagement.
• Build relationships with conference organisers, event managers, venues and referral partners.
• Attend industry functions, networking events and client meetings.
• Proactively introduce the business and its capabilities to prospective clients.
• Contribute to individual sales targets and broader business development objectives.
• Maintain accurate client correspondence, quotations and event documentation.
• Provide clear project handovers to production and operations teams.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, technicians, warehouse and operations teams.
• Manage changes to event requirements and ensure variations are correctly documented and quoted.
• Follow up completed events and maintain strong client relationships.
