SkyCity Adelaide is seeking a Junior Sous Chef - Pastry to lead day-to-day pastry production for Conference and Events, supporting pastry needs across the property. This hands-on role has you running production, and stepping up to lead the pastry kitchen when senior chefs are unavailable.

You’ll deliver large-scale pastry outputs for banquets, functions and gala events, including plated desserts, cakes, tarts and buffets.
